it is actually quite strange for an old champ to never have had a solely single AP scaling ability within her kit

YES WE NEED SOMETHING TO MAKE RIVEN PLAYERS CRINGE.

Imagine all those times they look at their e and their muscles spasm at the sight of it, they will have do deal with what so many other champs have to, this is the perfect punishment for a champion that escaped so many pitfalls that so many others have to deal with.

This would satisfy my need for a riven nerf, even if riot compensated her a tiny bit like they always do.
