Solution Suggestion to Help Against Level 2 Lane Race and Against Really Early Game Jungle Cheese

This is to prevent cheesy kills of killing the enemy jungler at his second buff and to prevent the need to rush level 2, and if you are a duo-laner this is the most frustrating thing because first to level 2 usually means you are the one that wins the lane, which is really dumb getting rewarded for not helping your jungler with his first buff. The change is also to encourage teammates to aid their jungler in taking their first buff without worrying about losing the lane because their opponent got to level 2 first.

Here it is: Champions take 60(-20 per level) less damage from champions. (This is 40 less damage from champion for champions at level 1, and 20 less damage from champions for champions at level 2, level 3 champions the damage reduction buff goes away completely.) The sole purpose of this is to, again, prevent the lane opponents from gaining a massive advantage because they got to the lane first and hit level 2 first- with less fear of auto losing laning as a jungler you should always get a lot of help on your first buff with the lane race to level 2 being reduced in effectiveness.

While I get where you are coming from, if one lane helped their jungler and the other didnt (assuming both supposed to be doing so) then the advantage of one having better levels is balanced by the other having a better jungler start, yes?

The game should be a team game and should not punish for giving your jungler a leash

You are not being punished; thats how you choose to view it.

Part of a team game is making decisions that benefit the team, even if they aren't great for you. As a TEAM you are choosing to help a team member at cost to you. Thats called teamwork.

I like the level 2 rush in bot lane. It adds an interesting element to ADC/Support picks and skill order, and makes what would otherwise be a very dull farmfest into a super tense race. Also -

which is really dumb getting rewarded for not helping your jungler with his first buff.

Opportunity costs are what make a strategic game interesting. Do you help your jungler, or yourself? That's an interesting question that leads to impactful decisions. Do you want to help both your jungler and yourself? Well, there's literally no reason to do anything other than that, so there's not really any thought or decision making involved. A jungler having a weakness - poor clear speed at level 1, for instance - should have negative consequences, one way or another. Else, it's not really a weakness.

There is still strategy in getting level 2 because you double your abilities over your opponent- the damage reduction is in place so that the enemy cannot get cheesy kills on you which is not strategy just a very toxic way to play--- the damage reduction buff of champions vs champions will be over by like 3 mins and the first blood reduction is over by 4 mins. Also, both junglers will get the same kind of leash, so I don't know why you are talking about jungler weaknesses, they both be at equal ground to each other. Anyways, the bloodbath will just happen when champions hit level 3 which is really early in the game still, there are still majour advantages of getting ahead in levels

Here's the thing.

By pushing the lane and not just last-hitting you can achieve level 2 before your opponent. If you play the leash correctly and leave when you're supposed to (about the 2 minute mark) you can still effectively leash for your jungle and make it back to the lane in time to not have your leash have put you behind. Especially true since most bot lanes leash for their jungles because their jungles always start at the bottom buff first.

The level 2 rush is a good strategic decision and there's currently nothing wrong with it. Especially if you know that one lane + 1 melee minion will take you to level 2 (slightly more in bot lane). If they have more minions up than you, it means 100% they will hit level 2 first, and you should back out until you hit it as well. Plus this means that since they pushed, you can farm on your tower and makes them vulnerable to jungle ganks.

There is no strategy to getting level 2 first, it is very poor gameplay, worse in a duo lane-- The point here is to grant a good leash to your jungler without fear of auto losing the lane because you tried being a good teammate, anything related to cheese is very poor gameplay and cheese strats should be removed because nothing good comes out of them

Imo, If the jungler isn't going to invade, he should have an eye to prepare for an early invade. This is why I always grab yellow trinket right off the bat when I jungle, and change it later if need be. If I invade, I want to know which buff they start, so I ward a buff of theirs to find out. If I don't, I ward over the wall of my second camp. This way I have some pretty good eyes out should I get an early invade, and can set up an appropriate ambush/finish my clear and be ready for them.

I don't think this is something a laner should get involved in unless it can net them a kill/assist, in which case head over if your jungler pings, as he wants to team against the intruder. It's pretty brutal to get 3v1'd early in the jungle when you are invading, as that means that they just gave your team a pretty good gold advantage.

tl;dr - Let your jungler handle it. If you have that little faith in your jungle, ward it for him if you are nearby. If he pings, then he needs you, but otherwise, let the jungler take care of his jungle. Keep eyes on the minimap, of course, as if you can get there early the kill is easier secured.

Junglers can still steal other buffs, its so that the enemy jungler cannot get a cheese first kill on the enemy jungler- you have to still ward so that your buff doesn't get stolen away. The point here is more for the lane so that level 2 doesn't have such a monstrous advantage over level 1

What other buffs?

I thought you were complaining about the second camp. If you are talking about cheese lvl 1 invades, that is why your team keeps eyes out for the jungler to start his camp. If it starts to look scetch at that point, throw some trinket wards around it and team gank the other group if they try to steal it. An assist gold advantage is worth the level loss in my book, and it is more so if you get the kill.

If you were talking about lvl 2 invades at the second buff, then yeah, what I said above applies.
