Will Riven receive a nerf sometime this millenia?

I can definitely say I am tired of seeing Riven literally every game. And literally every game, Riven facerolls her lane and gets first blood around level 2. And then she snowballs and can dive her lane under their turret, two shot you, then ult execute and dash away with over half hp. Not only that, but the fact that even if you miss your first spell rotation, your Q has such a low cooldown that you can just spam it again and kill the enemy in two hits. She is the most fucking retarded champion with the most retarded scaling. She falls off at literally no point in the game, as she can easily change the game with one rotation of spells by acing the entire team. When will she get a nerf? She got one ages ago that people complained about, though she can still snowball just as hard and all-in at level 2 with almost 100% success at securing a kill. I am beyond tired of being mocked and laughed at when I ask for the FP to ban Riven. I get flamed for it. Then the enemy team picks Riven and our top laner goes 1/9 within the first 15 minutes. I've lost 4 games in a row tonight due to a Riven snowballing off of top lane and steamrolling our entire team. No matter if mid or bot wins lane, she will always win duels and kill even your most fed teammates. Can this ridiculous piece of shit get a nerf for once? Or will it be season 9 before she sees a nerf? (which will probably be like a .01 AD ratio reduction on her shield).
