in b4 Shen gets quite the win rate boost

Dont mind me just jotting down thoughts. Don't critic this so much, This is just how I anticipate it will unfold but only time will tell. I mean we already do have a first hand account of how relevant/frequent his ult was. Maybe what was strong then isnt so much now.

I don't quite get their direction. I thought they nerfed his ult because of his split pushing power. Now their bringing back without any explanation other than to buff him... It just leaves me confused as to why they make decisions. Were the reasons you nerfed it in the first place no longer relevant? Just seems to me like a last minute oh ya we said we were going to visit Shen, oh well just lower his ult CDR. More like just an interim thing to hold us over until they do a full rework.

I don't mind it cause I love to play Shen, I always thought his ult was the most redeeming factor despite the cool down, I think they may have to nerf its ap scaling a bit or something since its so powerful IMO. I'd just like more understanding as to why they go back and forth on a lot of their needs buffs.

IMO magus > cinderhulk on Shen with the new CDR. Then again the lower CDR could also give you less reason to get CDR items. You could probably just go for pure ap now :P or HP. Although CDR can also be good for his taunt. Since your there to peel usually.
