Why does Akali get Syndra's passive on her Q?

Literally just an overloaded add on to an already overlaoded ability in an overloaded kit which isn't present anywhere else in the game, except on the single character who has that as their sole gimmick.

There's no defending Akali anymore. She's hilariously op now. That shroud should not have made it past testing and that's not to mention how much more mobility and damage she has.

Hell you made a direct comparison of one champion ability to anothers despite both of their kits being radically different. If there's a point to be missed, I think you missed it.

The same thing that happens to Darius R. It just an extra upgrade at rank 5.

I'm still not seeing a pattern you're drawing. Syndra isn't bent on her passive, and honestly needs a new one. Akali's new Q is just her own unique ability. It's obvious that a final stage ability can have an extra bump so that it holds back some power for balance reasons. It's not about the skill, it's about the power it has.

Sure they're similar, but that's like saying "Why does Blitzcrank have a faster Thresh hook?" When the two champions aren't similar in playstyle at all outside of the Catcher theme.
