on top of that) AND % missing HP AND True damage AND she will 100% take the New Conqueror that gives 10% True damage AND heals for that amount......

TheUrbanKitsune3 votesEvery champ is pretty much perma-banned fresh out of release or rework, so yeah, but I really don't think Kayle will be much of an issue. Her kit looks pretty much identical in function to her current kit save for a few buffs/changes. Games are so mid-game focused right now, I think Kayle will take too long to scale to be relevant. Perhaps she'll be trouble in a late-game focused meta but there are so many other champions who also have insane late games.
FOR JUSTICE3 votesshe doesn't gain that full force until level 16. LATE game. and even then, half her new kit she can do live.
currently she has the armor/mr shred on her passive, her e is already dealing splash damage, and the buff itself outlasts the cooldown so its up theoretically permanantly anyway. literally the only difference between pre rework and her live is:
she waits for a specific level for power spikes
her ult now deals damage as well
she can heal herself or an ally regardless

Oh except she gets that true dmg level 16 when average game ends at 14.
