The pitiful state of Gragas

Yes, I'm aware Gragas was OP before his nerfs, but he was far from broken. most of the mages in this game have strong multi target CC (Annie, Malzahar, Swain, Cass, Syndra, Lux, Viktor, Orianna, Azir etc). So clearly he is not the only strong AP champ in this game. I know he was never intended to be played as a mage, but what's wrong with that? Absolutely nothing. Riot just hates Gragas for some reason, and I don't understand why. His win rates were nothing special before his nerfs, but now they're just pathetic. I don't want to play Gragas as a tank. Please either rework him or revert some of these nerfs. Thank you.

Old Gragas was blatantly OP. He one shot people with 2 skills, while having a dash, knockback and tankiness.

Just because he was "designed" to be tanky AP doesn't mean he should be forced to play that way.

Sure. You can play him any way you like but that doesn't change my point. He was reworked for a very specific reason.. the way he was being played wasn't the way he was intended to be. By all means you can still build him full AP it just won't be press 2 buttons and kill anyone you want anymore.
