Aurelion Sol - Another AP Tank

That's pretty much how I want to play him. Though I'd pick up Abyssal over Liandry's

There aren't a ton of ap tanks, and not a lot that really see play. I don't see the issue.

There's like 3 ap tanks in the game.

Having another one isn't that bad of an idea.

Or you know.

He's a short ranged mage.

He's a tanky mage, not an AP tank. He doesn't have the CC to support building that little damage.

Plus, why would you build Sunfire on a champion that doesn't want people standing close to him.

All build tanky and do AP damage. That is what I was getting at. Build tanky and do crap tons of damage while being hard to kill.

I think he'll be a good jungler. Passive, depending on how it works, and his q, plus being able tog get around the jungle fast.

Worked flawlessly for me. It basically makes him a giant floating no go zone to most melee.
