So apparently after we waited for preseason all season long, Doran's Shield won't get buffs?
MIght be wrong, since the PBE patch isn't up yet, but the match history threads say so.

Every lane will have marksmen, and you won't be able to do anything about it with your melee champ, because Rito figured "nah, fuck dorans shield. Let's increase HP pot cost instead.
