You understood the statistic wrong. It's not that raptors execute people 50% of the time, it's that 50% of the executions that do happen are from raptors.

I'm a new player..been around a couple weeks, just hit level 10 yesterday..and I gotta say I'm shocked too. I've played a lot of Nasus, and messed around with Warwick in top and jungle...Raptors are easy as heck for me. The wolves give me some trouble sometimes, but considering the more powerful monsters, I wonder why raptors are so high on the list?

cuz they deal crapton if you dont have aoe to kill them

Warwick has sustain though. And I ironically I died to raptors tonight at lvl 3. I new I shouldn't of went for it but it wasn't a serious game and I wanted to see if I could. We still won the game in the end but it was a little embarrassing to say the least.
