If Riot spent half as much time balancing their game

Reading comprehension is hard, isnt it? Riot didnt MAKE recall animations. They reused idle animations for many of them.

They didn't make recall animations for them. They used idle and dance animations for those that did not have one.

2 seperate Teams. Like saying if you could spend half of your time doing my Work instead of yours, that would be great

Well seeing how it took 3-4+ years to do that, do you really want that?
