I mean, you're already buffing Xin Zhao for no reason, so I can only assume you're giving fighters who have been left behind by the times changes to help them compete with the tanks that do more damage than them

Most likely. They seem very adamant about getting them through, as they keep love tapping the buffs instead of removing them entirely
