so when we do restrict you, we now force you to win these games. this obviously wont help you at all. this will most likely make you more angry when you get HORRIFIC teams. but hey! it works! we tested this on no one. it makes 0 sense. but hey! riot games :)

You obviously didn't get reported in only one game, or you said some stuff that was very bad. I've gotten reported a few times when I was mad and nothing has happened recently. Judging from your multiple posts and the language you're using, you're very mad. If all you do is play normals, why do you care about winning so much? Normals are for fun, that's why there is no ranking system.
Also, they require that you win or else you would see the same problem that you see in DotA 2: people that have to play normals throw the game on purpose so the games don't last long. That makes it very not fun for the people who arn't banned from ranked, and just want a relaxing game. This coming from a person who ONLY plays ranked, but I would never got into a normal game and get mad...

How do you lose LP in normals, because that's all you play?
There's nothing wrong with being mad that you have a team you can't carry. I certainly rage a lot. But yelling at your team just makes it harder to win and makes you madder. Also, judging by your ad homs, it's rather easy to tell that you deserved ranked restriction.

Because being passive aggressive is just as negative as flat-out insulting them. "man I wish I never joined up for ranked" is the same thing as saying "you people make me wish i hadn't queued up". "man why is their lane always better than mine" is the same thing as saying "my bot lane sucks, yours is much better".
There's no reason to say things like these, it doesn't help anything. Sometimes I say things like what you said, but I still recognize that it's stupid. I just don't care when I say them. Sometimes I think I've lost and we end up winning, but if you start belittling your team, they won't WANT to win anymore.

If you want to ask someone to come say hey follow me, then ping that you are on your way and assist me, if they dont come then back out instead of diving in and dying or whatever then getting mad. Dont say WTF NOOB I TOLD YOU TO COME WITH ME. They can do what they want, if you lead and they follow and you make good decisions great but if they choose to play another way then thats their prerogative.

Chat bans do not work, people with chat bans only have 5 messages now to say shit to you until they get another one. And when they have finished all their chat ban games they get banned again.
