Why are we even forced to spend 15 minutes in the game when it's over in the lobby 90% of the time?

I have to agree this is what it feels like

You know.. There's people that say :" get gud", but your opinion is constantly being shared by the community.. There is obviously some truth to this.

I have found a very troubling occurrence in most of my matches where one side will draft 2+ meta tanks and the other team will take 1 at best and often none and the game is 99.999999% decided. Just had a mind blowing game where our adc and jungle had insane games but we had zero tanks vs thier team with 3 top+jungle+galio and they just turtled up and come 30 minutes they just grouped as 5 and ran it down mid and there was nothing we could do to stop them. Even though at one point we were up 20 something kills. It didn't matter because once the tanks got a few items they just crashed into us with all their cc and everyone just instantly died.

It has pretty much come down to me being able to predict with almost 100% accuracy the outcome of games simply by which side has the most tanks and or meta support.
