Can we talk about how low Diana's base attack speed and attack damage are?

Diana has a base AD of 53. Below Brand (who has 57). I mean Diana looks like her melee attacks would hurt more than brand or lux or even kassadin.

Another thing is that because Diana used to have a 20% attack speed as her passive her base attack speed was super low. Now Diana has a super low base attack speed with a bandaid tied into her E. This alone makes her a really bad jungler.
