Patch 4.21 Yasuo
Stats Base movement speed increased to 345 from 340. Steel Tempest Cooldown reduced to 4 seconds at all ranks from 5 / 4.75 / 4.5 / 4.25 / 4.
we need to fix this. He is too risky for absolutely no reward.

I'm not sure what made you think he needs buffs, but you do really well in your Yasuo games and win most of them.

he loses lane cuz he overextends, or they get too cocky with all the tools they have at their disposal and misuse one of them. He is a dumb champion, he is most certainly "fine"
