Those GA changes look really stupid Riot
It should be kept as it is, if you want to discourage tanks from building it you lower the armor maybe and probably make it cost more gold but then you have to readjust the passive but the direction on PBE right now is just straight up stupid. The more i think about the statement of "discourage tanks from" i think of 
because if he builds it , its like 4 years till you finally kill the damn thing if its only zac that comes in mind by the balance team then you should probably nerf him given how long it takes to kill him.
