Every time you lose your promos you get 1 more win, so losing two times means you get 2 free wins, if you lose 3 times, going back to promos instantly bumps you up a tier?

i can also confirm that if you reach your promos and lose then end up getting demoted.. then rank back up and reach the first promos again.. u wont get that free win back.. in either series
