I haven't played normals a single time since I hit level 30, and if I did it was with a premade party of 5.
I played my first match of normals in about a year, and it is actually aids. It's full of instalockers and people that don't even try in the slightest. Why? I would have to guess it has something to do with forcing toxic ranked players into normals, but that's just me..

Deep Terror Nami2 votesIf you haven't been playing it, your MMR is probably in the gutter and you're playing with the equivalent of low-mid Bronze, except they have no rank to lose or strive for there. My normal MMR is pretty shit too, and I can tell that's why there's a difference between my ranked and normal matches.

LordGeovanni1 votesif you know this then why do people keep going in ranked with their half assed attitudes the whole game is supposed to be fun includeing ranked but ranked is also designed to test your skill so you are supposed to try hard. snow many people give up if they cant snowball and they surrender i can only believe that is the extent of their skill cause they give up because the enemy is fed rather than changeing play style until they can catch back up. Snow balling isnt fun winning easily isnt fun when the enemy puts up a challenge is when the game is most for at least for me. I am not easily amused. but the goal is still winning and people go about it in the worst way they try to force kills rather than attacking the tower when ever they can (you cant be safe all the time) which is the easiest way to snowball and win.

You just get more and more trolls the higher you go in ranked. It's not worth wasting time - I've been up to promos for Plat 3. Now I'm Plat 5 and ranked is just misery. There is no point in waiting so much time for finding matches, banning champions, picking etc. Normal blind pick is the best mode - no meta, less toxicity, no waiting time for drafting and bans.
