Kill this build please, it literally makes armor USELESS.

Solution = %arpen calculates AFTER flat pen

That would mean for maximum, cost-efficient arpen, you can go either cleaver + lethality or LW + cleaver, but putting LW and lethality in the same builds is just cancer and should never be allowed.

If the enemy team is stupid and drafts a near pure AD team and I pick a tank and go up to 300+ armor, I shouldn't have to deal with my armor being at the same value as if I never freaking bought armor at all.
