I don't understand the hate for plants

I enjoy them quite a lot and they are really easy to adjust around. To me they add a lot of fun aspects to the game when your teammates aren't trying to troll you.

The only one I don't like is the bounce plant as it can get you killed some times.

I haven't been killed by it in 10+ games since its been out. Maybe its because I'm careful and often am looking for ways to abuse it. IDK. For me it has been more of tools for me rather than my opponent.

I find it more hilarious than anything. The animation of your champion when the red plant blasts you looks ridiculous

yesterday or the day before I played a league game normal draft. I picked Renekton I got counter picked by Jayce. Jayce screwed up but survived went south came back about 10 seconds later with a lot of recovered hp. Basically negating my advantage. Normally he'd have to recall and teleport because if he didn't he'd be to low to stay in lane.

Plants are a bs get out of jail free card. It punished me because I punished his mistake. I lost my ult. Something I used to either push him out of lane to secure an advantage in cs and xp lead or force him to lose another summoner in addition to his flash. Now hes back Harassing me and I was forced to leave and teleport to the lane because now I am to low and I didn't have the hp to go back in on him without an ult to mitigate some of his damage.

So you didn't press your advantage and either deny or take the honeyfruit for yourself. Believe it or not that was your fault. You should be keeping track of the plants on your side of the jungle at all times. You don't even have to look very far, the minimap shows green dots where they are and glancing at them makes it obvious which one it is even through fog of war. And more often than not each one spawns in a similar location.

No play smarter and you won't have the problems. Seriously your team and you need to be keeping track of the spawns if you don't you are going to get burned. Honeyfruit is one of the biggest and safest to deny or clear out. Even if you don't necessarily need it take it unless your teammates are nearby to share or give it too.

Lmao its solo q. Its not a cooperative team on mics communicating. You don't chase a Jayce who will out run you and is outrunning you with an enemy jungler with no vision on them. That would have been so stupid to do taking a risk like that. This would even possibly cause the mid laner to come and help Jayce who was a diamond Sona owning our Ziggs in lane.

Plants are a horrible thing added to the game for get out of jail free cards. They were added in case you get chased, you have a possible escape or a quick recovery to stay in lane longer.
