Edit: that flash+E combo seems really unfair, like how are you supposed to counterplay that? E has a charge time to give people time to react, but if he just flashes into range at the end of it then it's not really giving you the same opportunity you should have to react.

LittleOak2 votesI mean you do run into him while he has his Crimson Rush ready and waiting for you. He just pops you with his E which does a ton of damage as it is. Then his Q does percent missing health bonus damage so you're kind of playing against the Vlad terribly. He's way over your level and you run into him while he's at his strongest. Wait the literal 2.5 seconds for Crimson Rush to go away and then you can fight him.

Vlad is not someone you can just "outplay". He pretty much has nothing that can miss, except E but not
