Why were people complaining about how terrible his rework was? Why did he receive immediate buffs that weren't needed?

Zac needs to be punished for missing his E. If it doesn't hit anything, perhaps he is rooted / stunned for .5 seconds while his body absorbs the shock of the impact. This shit of engaging from halfway across the map, missing yet still tossing me halfway across lane with his Q is ridiculous. Immobile champions are really getting the short end of the stick against him. Doesn't matter if I land every skill in my kit, he's still going to be on top of me because his kit out cc's anything.

I hope he's being looked at for some nerfs for the next patch. Zac needs to have some drawbacks for the amount of mobility and cc he has.
