Base Health Regen Per Second increased to 1.068 from .668

For more than 2 years she had a winrate above 50% and at higher levels around 53%. Despite hundreds of posts she never got balanced properly and now because after 2 years 1 patch that makes other champs, who have been getting rekt by Riven for 2 years, stronger she immediately receives compensation buffs instead of letting the meta finally change a bit and wait out a couple of patches if she really needs the buffs but no. Its Riven, too popular sells too many skins so lets buff her asap.

Riven is one of the worst champions in the game only maintained a 50% win rate when she was "OP" with a base of players that had tons of games on her, essentially mains. It's because of whining mongos like you that Riot are biased and keep her weak. She's easily the worst melee champ in the game right now and all they're essentially refusing to give her a real buff.

43% win rate with mostly mains playing her and Riot are buffing her regen to a point that's lower than most others still, wow, such favouritism. And no, her win rate was not "above 50% for 2 years", it was in the 40s most of season 3, 4, and a large portion of 5, unless you're looking at Bronze stats.
