j4 has a fcking 52% win rate and 15% pick rate, SAME with jax

irelia's 5% pick rate and 50% win rate won't change anything ,she's not among the best toplaners and -10 sec cd on ult won't change anything

gnar jayce jax j4 are the king of toplane atm it's only normal for everyone else to be buffed

the POINT is you dont buff a champion that is already doing above average in their respective role/lane... that is how a champion becomes overpowered. they are doing the same thing with nasus and its how zac, among other champions, became stupidly broken.

also, j4 has a 4% pick rate and jax as 6% pickrate. jayce actually has less pickrate than irelia. this is for plat and higher since you seem to dislike bronze statistics, despite you yourself using them.
