A small change to thornmail

Thornmail needs some sort of Grievous Wounds effect on it. Any lifesteal, even a item 1053 is enough to make it effectively useless aside from 100 armor.

Lifesteal wouldn't be useless with this change to thornmail, it would be half effective. Also, why are you auto attacking the tank outside of a 1v1 fight?

Riot tried this in their internal itemization iteration and came to the conclusion that it was a terrible idea.

Thorn needs to be remade into a Diver item to help them duel physical damage-based targets. There are already a ton of amazing armor items for tanks. They don't need something as niche as the current version of Thorn.
