Now that the lcs has attracted the kind of player base it needs to be sustainable they're doing everything in their power to eliminate the competitive aspect of the game and turn it into a casual cash grab

Anything you buy doesn't affect the actual game itself. It is not a cash grab. Sure, you can get champions and skins for money, but that won't affect the actual game. Skill is still required. You're obviously just a sore player who is pissed that he can't get mastery lv 6 and lv 7, but that has nothing to do with the actual game.
