Could Rakan's Shield value be added onto his HP bar at the bottom? It's a shield that re-applies itself, so it's a semi-constant part of the HP bar I use when trading in lane / gauging risk v reward in lane.

It'd also feel good, in my opinion, to see the +%Heals&Shields help strengthen your shield.

lol what my ap rakan build gets my 2k hp plus the 1k passive sheild on a 9 sec cd when all i run is 1 hp item which is proto belt
