Where is it . . . I thought it was supposed to be out today.

PlatypusSurprise1 votesShould be out on Draft and Ranked on summoners rift.
Tocosrevenge1 votesAre they releasing it to Ranked right away? I read they were considering just releasing it to Draft for the first little while and implementing it into ranked during the season?
PlatypusSurprise1 votesI thought they launched it already because I read this today : http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/64ZqQnJP-ridiculous-champion-select-bug
However from my understanding they are launching it in draft and ranked at the same time.
