LeBlanc New Passive suggestion

Leblanc New Passive: After killing enemy champion, that champion will be marked. Any damage that Leblanc deals to that champion will heal her by 5% of the damage dealt. Each time the champion is killed by leblanc gives additional +5% (100% healing max). Every time marked champion kills Leblanc - 1 stack is lost. (It takes 20 kills on a single champion without Leblanc dying for her to heal off the target by 100% of the damage dealt) Thoughts? Numbers are adjustable naturally

Spellvamp or lifesteal like this essentially make whoever it is bought on tankier, because they can sustain damage while fighting. Of course it also has the utility of healing up between fights but this does not apply here as it only heals on champions. Now, LeBlanc is not someone that you want to be able to take damage. LeBlanc should be a blow-people-up but also can-get-blown-up kind of champion. With the health bonus, it negates this. Even if you reduce the numbers, a good LeBlanc can get off their assassination faster than other champions can kill her, and once she does kill them she has to get out and wait for cooldowns, limiting the use of the passive.

The ramping stats on multiple kills of the same champion is good because it makes players focus on killing only one or two key targets, say the ADC or APC.

Whats wrong with her current passive?

Why would Lb need or deserve spellvamp? Since she does damage before being engaged on, you heal yourself for no hp. The only possible scenarios would be when you get so fed that you just hide somewhere or kite with low hp to kill someone when cds come up and come out fully healed- which would majorly suck for the enemy team. I dont think its a good idea tbh. :/

Better idea. Keep kind of the idea of healing but make it that with her current passive that if the opponents kill the clone then lb gets a small heal and speed up. So that way it encourages her actually use the clone and make it enticing
