If I am reading DFT's restrictions right, it's neither a DoT or an AOE, so hypothetically it should be able to proc the full-strength DFT on Champions, and not the reduced power versions, right?

Strawberrycocoa1 votesSee I wasn't sure about that because it doesn't deal AOE damage on contact, just hits each contacted unit individually. I also found this ( http://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-feedback/VuKuoG67-aurelion-sol-feedback-discussion ) suggesting it does proc the full strength version.
Sire Hippington1 votesit would be really strange if it counts aoe, as every single star can hit multiple targets, it's just like a skillshot traveling in circles rather than a straight line, and skillshots that pass through targets are considered aoe. Though that post is from 16 days ago, so it might have accedentally proced as singletarget on PBE, But i'm pretty sure it counts as aoe now.
