Vayne needs to be nerfed differently.

We all know -3 base AD didn't do anything. And we all know that with the marksman update we won't see any changes for a bit.

But I feel Riot has looked at the wrong thing to nerf when it comes to Vayne. Her early game is fine. It's not particularly strong, it's in a decent spot compared to other ADCs.

The problem is Vayne's level 6. Once Vayne hits level 6, the bonus AD she gets from her ult lets her dual enemy champions even if she's 2-3 deaths down. Not to mention the utility she gets from her ult.

And then if Vayne manages to stay roughly equal, the powerspike at level 6 makes laning against her extremely difficult. Vayne's level 6 powerspike is simply too strong, other than that one issue she's honestly not that problematic at all. Personally what I'd like to see would be a reduction in the bonus AD from 30 to 20 at rank 1, but we'll see with the marksman update. Just wanted to bring this thought up for discussion.
