I've figured out why Ekko is so broken and toxic
He scales off Ability Power and Attack Speed,. He uses the same build as 
is 2.0!!!

Meep Man2 votesI build him pure AP and just get crap ton of burst. Teemo is hated for an entirely different reason.
Strawberrycocoa1 votesI only got to try him once today, but I felt rushing full AP made it more difficult to utilize his basic attack passives, especially the execute damage. I'll have to try Nashors Tooth as a first item next time around.
