Flex queue is not just ranked with extra teammates

In flex if you aren't optimizing your entire team then why are you wasting your time?

In flex, everything is fair, unlike soloqueue. And that's why you will not climb as high as you'd like until you either get lucky enough to hit your low standards like gold or plat. Due to the nature of flex queue, if you aren't part of the top 10% then you just are not competitive. This is part of why some people like soloqueue.

Don't go into flex trying to see if you can reach a new level, diamond doesnt mean shit in flex. You either climb Olympus and ascend or you die with the other mortals who will be forgotten to history in time.

Flex queue isnt ranked, its the no-holds-barred gladiator arena of death. If all you want is to reach gold or even masters then go away, you aren't ambitious enough for flex queue. Though that's also part of why its impractical in a sense. Much of this community is like what, 13-18? They don't even know what ambition really means.

You want to know why you get trolls on your team in flex queue? BECAUSE YOU PRESSED PLAY WITHOUT BEING PREPARED WITH A FULL TEAM OF PEOPLE YOU KNOW AND TRUST TO DO THEIR DAMN JOBS.
