That's not the issue dear. The issue is that solo que players are being forced to play against teams. Until teams are forced to play against teams and with solo players that don't mind being fillers, it is not going to be fixed.

I know its not the issue, but that isn't the issue Im talking about, I don't like being matched with diamonds or golds, if I am in plat, i want to be matched with plats

Yes it is. A large part of the issue is that smurfs and friends are carrying their low leveled players out of their ranks and into your rank. You might get a few of your rank as enemy, but you will get someone that is higher because they are grouped with their friend.

That doesn't happen because you have cases of people queueing with friends not in their rank: like G5 duos with a S3, or P4 with D1. That's actually BETTER than what it used to be, when a B5 could duo with a Gold or Plat buddy.
