While your looking through Bard's coding for balance, can he get some QoL changes?
Namely involving his W and E.
W: When an ally off-screen uses one of Bard's shrines, a light effect on the border of the screen toward the consumed shrine appears, and Bard's W icon recieves a mirror sheen effect E: "idiot proofing" -- passages now have a minimum length of the thin mid walls (still very thin, but not microscopic) E: Alt movement command (Alt+Right Click by default) now prioritizes moving through portals if the champion played isn't controlling a pet
Hitboxes are a major issue for any character in the game, but Bard's E gets hit doubly hard: The angle of the portal is so integral to getting them to behave properly, and with Bard moving constantly the angle it gets put at can shift instantly, especially around areas like the buff camps where walls circle and close around themselves, occasionally leading to those worthless 2-inch portals when you needed a path to the opposite side of the camp's wall.
The other issue is for his allies and even himself in clicking into the portals. Because of the angle of the dangle, the correct area to click is often vastly misaligned with the actual hitbox to jump in, especially when portals go into the river or bases, changing their elevation.
I always wanted to see his chimes boost the strength of his fully charged healing shrines as well, but that would be more than a quality of life change so I'll leave that discussion in the cooler until he looks like he needs direct buffs.
