Can we be able to use practice tool while in queue and champ select?
I get bored waiting 3 minutes for a game, then having a dodge at the last second, restart the process all over again.

Zielmann1 votesIt's not a bad idea, but I don't think it's really feasible. You'd have to be able to queue for and be in champ select for one game, while playing in another (the practice tool will count as being in an instance of a game and still all resides server-side).
