Because that makes plenty of sense. Oh no its perfectly ok for a champion with 100 health to be able to turn on a full health enemy and 100 - 0 them regardless of being fed. That's cool.

Nah you should be allowed to tower dive at level six and walk out with above 75% health because of the short cool down shield you get which is created strong by your ultimate .

But those barrels that harass melee champions who are stupid enough to sit in them. That's the real issue.

you say this like most top laners can't just tower dive you at any point in the game regardless of their HP and still get a kill on you while surviving the turret. the barrels literally don't allow melees to even attempt to cs if GP positions them properly and you can't even build against them since they pretty much make armor be non-existent.

Let me even use your own logic against you, if you are stupid enough to go near Riven as a squishy then she will kill you unless she is so far behind that she is unable to do anything.
