Be careful if you pick Mundo, Trundle, or any champion that relies on sustain in duels with this new item inflicting 5 seconds of GV for taking physical damage...

Vlad, Soraka, Mundo, Aatrox, Zac, Trundle... there's a list of champions half a mile long that you will never see again if it ends up going live, because that item counters sustain-based characters and tanks.

That or make it an item active with a moderate cooldown (60s or 90s). You can limit healing for a duration but it won't be permanently available which would allow "windows of opportunity" when fighting.
