So instead of making Dark Harvest a usable Keystone outside of ARAM, you're going to make a new one that does what Dark Harvest is supposed to do but better?
Kazekiba1 votesWe don't even know what HoB does yet. Harvest is intended to be used on Junglers that power farm for 20 minutes, like Kayn pre-buffs or Mister Yen. Especially Mister, since it resets when you kill champions and his potential for Pentakills is huge, which Harvest amplifies better than any other Keystone (Electrocute won't proc twice, Aery isn't intended for carries, and PtA wont help if youre destroying someone in a single Q or only one or two autos. Hell even Conqueror's effectiveness is lower than similar carries since Yi has True damage inherent to his kit.
Pokemonred2001 votesAxes said HoB was supposed to be a burst of attack speed at the start of the fight, so it's more comparable to Lethal Tempo than it is to Dark Harvest.

To the other replies; yeah now that I've seen HoB's effect it really is just "Lethal Tempo but not garbage" and I'd think even [slayer-jinx-catface] would rather have this + Precision secondaries than LT + Domination secondaries
Zallamance1 votesAlthough I can't seem to find the exact post now, I believe it was stated that "After attacking a champion, gain 50-100% attack speed for your next 3 basic attacks. Must be 1.5 seconds between basic attacks or this effect ends. Can exceed the attack speed cap."
