I feel like zoe doesnt really need nerfs tbh.
I mean sure mages are over performing as a whole but when i think about an op mage zoe does not come to mind, not sure why shes being nerfed.

Hotarµ2 votesHer kit just lacks counterplay and is one of the most unhealthy kits to come out in a long time. She's got RNG elements that can completely turn the tides of her lane and make it difficult to fight her, her bubble's AOE field rewards her for missing a skillshot, and the rest of her kit just resolves around trying to land one-shots with her Q.
She was supposed to be a champion who "strikes from interesting angles" but her very linear combo is just Bubble > R > Q > Recast Q and hope for a one shot or you just 70% hp someone.

It's not fun laning against her, it's not fun at all.
