So now that i can go back to IE first, if i would include a stormrazor in my build i should opt for 3rd item (4. Including boots) after stattik shiv/rfc or i shoul drop after i get both of em or i should build like first item and then get rfc/stattik -> IE. My common adc were tristana and cait with this setup. Suggestion?
I think stormrazor first on cait should still be fine since its really good in lane phase and so is cait and its still gonna give you a lot of stats but ive been thinking about this as well I kinda wanna experiment with storm razor into IE ;)

You buy Stormrazor when you want to buy Shiv or Rapidfire Cannon. Easy. You can buy it before or after, doesn't really matter. Just don't get it first when IE and Essence Reaver are much more cost efficient on their own.
You want IE -> Zeal -> Stormrazor most likely, variants with ER first when you are Ashe or Varus
