Is it just me or the Dynamic Queue Matchmaking is horrible?

Since the Dynamic Queue started I've noticed the strange weird elo differences in my team and enemy teams. Things like 2Golds 1Plat 2Silvers vs 2Bronzes 1Unranked 1 Gold are like super common now. And this doesn't happen in... idk, ARAM for example, where I am paired with people around my elo.

I'm assuming you're referring to the last seasons Ranking , a Cording to the boards on large amount of people in gold and Platt were dropped Brondond silver levels
