Why is it so hard to get an S on trundle?

I've been trundle'ing it up recently quite a bit, dunno why I always liked the guy but have been on more of a binge lately

I have also discovered it is impossible to get an S on him Like heck, even look at some of my matches, not a single S to be given for some of those top notch trundle games

I've got M7 on several other champs, no real effort at all, but somehow can barely get a token for trundle

So if any Trundle masters out there know the requirements, please inform me

its hard to impact the game as trundle anyway. Just an outdated champ that cant keep up with the mobility creep.

I'm general every champ is hard unless you're proficient with them or there innately easy for you. I can take 10+ games to get an s them just start popping them out like candy once I really get it down. It's really a comfort thing. For me the easiest champ to get an s on at the moments is Amumu where I can get an S Most games if I try, even with tank Amumu. I suspect that's not very common.

i used to spam him last season on another account, back in his prime he averages like 7/1/7 with mega CS and turret/objective damage shares and since the ranking system for champions are based on the performance of other samples (and since basically nobody has played trundle since he was railed in the ass and left in the dust by riot) factors into an extremely hard to get mastery.

im happy that he is slowly coming back into the meta and wish he could be viable as a jungler again

hes a very strong champ, even against non tanks. the problem is that people dont know how to play him properly. His Q is a huge part of his kit. If you don't Q before someone does their burst, then u lost the trade easily. U have to Q 1st.

Trundle is just 1 of those "weird" champions, like ivern, nunu, anivia, where they have weird abilities that are only as good as you make them.

How do you build and play him? If you build and play him like a Jax or Fiora, you'll probably have trouble getting S ranks on him. Pretty much all the S ranks I've gotten on him are when I was playing more of a supportive role. One game I ended like 0/3/20-something and got a S-.
