I main Teemo and I can handle Pantheon in lane. The only thing I hate is his ability to outroam every other top laner besides Shen. If we are going to complain about bullshit early games then we should be complaining about Fiora and Yasuo tbh because their early games are way too good for how well they scale.

I faced a Shyvana once that did this or something similar @ toplane. Cloth armor and at least +15 armor of runes. I couldn't poke her out at all. We were an all AD team so it worked out for her too.

I had a similar rune page for awhile on my account called "FK U FIZZ"

and it had full scaling mr except for quints which were flat mr. it was something like 70 mr by 18 in total.

I would then negatron > ruby crystal versus him as Lux. and never die. then when i got fed off roaming finish old abyssal > roa > spirit visage. I didn't care that I was lux with spirit visage 3rd item. fizz wasn't going to have a fun time.
