@Riot - What are the chances that some of the BMB items will eventually appear as normal items?

Items like Tricksters Glass and Puppeteer seem like amazing items not really filled up by any other items in the game, they have pretty unique build paths to other normal items in the game (non are copy pasted COUGH COUGH essence reaver) A chance, or no chance in hell?
