Why is it allowed that bot lane can take towers in the first 5 mins of the game?
give me one good reason why this is an OK thing. while we are at it, why is 
support a thing aswell?

There is no rule saying which champions should be played as support, and which should not.

There's 2 people instead of 1! 2 people means more damage, and more damage means that you take it faster.
Miss Fortune is a decent support because her high base damages let's her win poke battles pretty easily to get a lead. The down side being the only cc she has is her high mana costing e that slows. This means she synergies with champs like Jhin pretty well, but doesn't do as well with vayne or Draven.
LostFr0st1 votesLane swaps were boring, so they added fortification to the other 2 lanes to protect them. Other than that any lane can lose first turret at 5 minutes; just takes extra effort to do so.
