I asked team to swap so I wouldn't have to first pick. Nobody wanted to. I picked Talon, and enemy team picked Azir after.
It cost 50% of my health just to get one CS. While under my turret. Roamed bottom at 6 because I couldn't do anything and he took my turret and half of my inner turret.
Can we please do something to make it possible to get back into the game when there's a match up like this?

That's not a counter pick. Katarina can still CS against Fiddle. In this case, I couldn't even CS the minions attacking my turret without losing half my health.
This is an absolute hard counter, and the problem is that against something like this, there's no way for you to put yourself back in the game later on. These types of match ups should not be allowed to exist with games ending at 15 minutes.
