Caitlyn is defined by a strong early (due to her range), a weak mid game, and then a strong late game again. She can easily team fight.

She's not as good as Twitch, Vayne, or Tristana late game, but she is definitely stronger than Lucian, Ezreal, Corki, Jhin, or even Jinx.
