Remove shutdowns and make it so gold value does not decrease with each death

I should not be punished for tearing my lane opponent's rectum apart by getting less gold per kill and they should not be rewarded for sucking by getting 500 gold because Pantheon decided to ult my lane.

If you disagree you suck.** fact.**

Getting less gold is not a punishment. Getting less gold is LESS OF A REWARD. Because you should not be rewarded as much for killing an obviously less skilled opponent as you would for killing a more skilled opponent (ie. shutdowns).

this. you still disable them for their death timer, you still get gold for a kill, you still get a bunch of cs while they're gone and getting nothing, you still get to roam or take out your tower without worrying about retaliation.

fact - If you are worth 500 gold, you've killed a minimum of 5 times. If they've all been on the same person, you've gained a minimum of 1112 gold via kills. That means you're a minimum of 612 gold ahead via kill gold.

Now, add to that objective pressure and minions you've killed and you are still very far ahead of your opponent... you were CSing, weren't you?

You aren't punished for killing your opponent more.

Killing someone repeatedly still gives you tons of advantages. And shutdown gold encourages people to still fight you, even though you're fed. It makes the game more dynamic.

shutdowns and diminishing returns reduce snowballing so that champions who get a massive advantage in lane don't just completely run away with the game after killing their opponent 5 times, and it gives their opponent incentive to fight you 2v1.

Snowballing is good.

More incentive for the jungler to stop farming the damn jungle and help lanes getting crushed

More incentive for fed players who are good at the game to carry

Not good for the feeders winning games they shouldn't due to anti-snowball mechanics and games running into 40 minute long territory where the only deciding factors at that point are who is playing the champ with a better late game and which team has most dragons

I see no issues here

You got fat on multiple early kills and then neglected to win the game even though you knew they had a better late game? Sucks to be you, but that one's your own fault.

Only problem is that it's hard as shit to win early anymore due to anti-snowballing mechanics, buffed turrets, every mid laner has insane waveclear and the automatic late game in 15 minutes for any opposing jungler who buys devourer.

Oh, and botched dragon = game throwing

It would at least speed the game up so it stops being DotA Lite.

Shit's boring as fuck right now
